目的观察一种皮肤消毒剂的杀菌效果和毒性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验,对该皮肤消毒剂的杀菌效果及安全性进行实验室评价。结果该皮肤消毒剂原液对悬液内的金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌作用0.5 min、1 min、1.5 min,平均杀灭对数值均>5;对白色念珠菌作用0.5 min、1 min、1.5 min,平均杀灭对数值均>4;用该皮肤消毒剂的原液对30人次皮肤作用1 min,对皮肤自然菌的平均杀灭对数值为2.20(1.53~3.38)。该皮肤消毒剂的小鼠急性经口毒性LD50>5 000 mg/(kg·bw),其原液对大白兔多次皮肤刺激试验为无刺激性,对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果阴性,对大白兔眼刺激试验为微刺激性,对大白兔一次破损皮肤刺激试验为无刺激性。结论该皮肤消毒剂对细菌繁殖体及真菌具有较好的杀灭效果,毒性低、刺激性小。
Objective To observe the bactericidal effect and toxicity of a skin disinfectant. The skin disinfectant mice acute oral toxicity LD50> 5000 mg / (kg · bw), the stock solution on rabbits repeated skin irritation test is non-irritating, the mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes micronucleus test results Negative, eye irritation test for rabbits is micro-irritation, a broken rabbit skin irritation test is non-irritating. Conclusion The skin disinfectant has good killing effect on bacterial propagules and fungi, with low toxicity and little irritation.
