目的了解运动员膳食结构及营养素摄入状况。方法采用整群抽样方法,抽取田径运动员共计220名运动员作为研究对象。并采取自行设计的问卷调查运动员膳食摄入情况。结果:抽取220名运动员,进行一对一的问卷调查,调查相关知识、态度和行为得分。并采用SPSS16.0进行统计学分析。结果男运动员平均每人每日摄入的谷类和肉类量明显高于膳食宝塔的建议量。而男运动员的水果和蔬菜摄入量明显低于膳食宝塔的建议量。男运动员的能量、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素A、维生素C、维生素E、钙和铁摄入量均高于RNI标准。女运动员的蛋白质、脂肪、膳食纤维、维生素A、维生素C和维生素E摄入量均高于RNI标准。结论研究表明运动员膳食情况良好,运动员应该注意多摄入奶类、蔬菜和水果类,才能有助于促进运动员健康,抵抗疾病发生。
Objective To understand the dietary structure and nutrient intake of athletes. Methods Using cluster sampling method, a total of 220 athletes from track and field athletes were selected as research subjects. And take a self-designed questionnaire survey athletes dietary intake. Results: 220 athletes were selected for one-on-one questionnaire to investigate relevant knowledge, attitude and behavior scores. SPSS16.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results The average daily intake of cereal and meat per male athlete was significantly higher than that of the diet pagoda. Men’s athletes’ intake of fruits and vegetables was significantly lower than the recommended dietary pagoda. Male athletes’ energy, protein, fat, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, calcium and iron intake were higher than the RNI standard. Female athletes protein, fat, dietary fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E intake were higher than the RNI standard. Conclusions Studies have shown that athletes have a good diet and athletes should be aware that more intake of milk, vegetables and fruits can help improve the health of athletes and combat the disease.
