多数中学生大致了解与学生权利相关的法律和文件,对于不种类型的权利内容有着急切的权利期待;学生的部分权利受到了保护,还有部分权利受到一定程度的侵害,侵权现象在学校日常生活中时有发生;多数中学生具有一定的权利维护和权利救济意识,愿意采取正当手段维护自己的合法权利,但社会和学校维护学生权利的体制还不够完善,缺乏相应的权利维护机构以及配套的法律法规。
