以露地栽培的黄瓜、番茄、菠菜、萝卜为试材 ,探究了施肥对蔬菜营养组分的影响。结果表明 ,5种施肥处理中最佳施肥处理为半量虫粪 (5 6 2 5 0kg/hm2 )与 5 0 %NPK配施 ,可显著提高 4种蔬菜中Vc、可溶性糖、可溶性Pr、果胶质含量 ,降低硝酸盐含量及单宁、纤维素含量 ,从而提高蔬菜营养品质和产量。与单施尿素处理比较 ,萝卜中Vc含量增加 6 1 34% ,菠菜中可溶性Pr含量增加 5 87% ,黄瓜中糖酸比增加 4 1 0 9% ,硝酸盐含量降低 9%。
The cucumber, tomato, spinach and radish cultivated in open field were used as test materials to explore the effect of fertilization on the nutritional components of vegetables. The results showed that the best fertilization treatments for five kinds of fertilization treatments were half amount of insect manure (56250kg / hm2) and 50% NPK, which could significantly increase Vc, soluble sugar, soluble Pr, pectin Quality, reduce nitrate content and tannin, cellulose content, thereby improving the nutritional quality and yield of vegetables. The content of Vc in radish increased by 61.34%, the content of soluble Pr in spinach increased by 5787%, the ratio of sugar and acid in cucumber increased by 41.09%, and the nitrate content decreased by 9%.
