随着物流行业的快速蓬勃发展,市场对于物流管理专业特别是高等职业教育物流管理专业毕业生提出了更高的要求。同时,新一代的具有全新思维模式的90后大学生也进入校园。这些都对于专业建设、课堂教学方式和师资能力提出了新的要求。通过对调查问卷的结果进行分析,找出教学中存在的实际问题,旨在发现总结90后学生学习特点,并且就问卷显示的突出问题提出一些合理的改进措施。
With the rapid development of the logistics industry, the market puts forward higher requirements for the logistics management major, especially the higher vocational education and logistics management graduates. In the meantime, a new generation of post-90s college students with a whole new mindset is also on campus. All these put forward new requirements for professional construction, classroom teaching methods and teachers’ ability. Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire to find out the practical problems in teaching, the paper tries to find and summarize the characteristics of post-90s students’ learning and put forward some reasonable measures to improve the outstanding problems of the questionnaire.
