目的:探讨心衰宁汤剂和颗粒剂对SD大鼠实验致心力衰竭的影响与作用机制。方法:实验分3大组,实验组、安慰剂组和空白对照组。实验组和安慰剂组采用盐酸阿霉素致慢性心力衰竭的大鼠模型。实验组给予不同剂型的心衰宁汤剂3.6 g·kg-1,心衰宁颗粒7.2,3.6,1.8 g·kg-1ig,1次/d,连续15 d,空白组及安慰剂组给予生理盐水15 d,给药完毕后,压力传感器记录左心室血流动力学改变,测定心脏系数等。结果:不同剂型的心衰宁制剂均能改善慢性心衰大鼠血流动力学各项指标。提高慢性心衰大鼠的左室内压(LVSP),降低左心室舒张末压(LVEDP),改善左室内压变化速率±dp/dtmax,显著降低心脏系数;且考察指标以心衰宁颗粒剂高剂量组最为明显。结论:心衰宁颗粒和汤剂均改善慢性心衰大鼠的血流动力学,其机制可能与抗肌纤维化及逆转心肌肥厚有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Xinshuning Decoction and Granule on experimental heart failure in SD rats and its mechanism. Methods: The experiment was divided into three groups: experimental group, placebo group and blank control group. Experimental and placebo groups were treated with doxorubicin-induced chronic heart failure in rats. The rats in the experimental group were treated with different dosage forms of Heart-Decoction Decoction 3.6 g · kg-1 and Heart-Lung Decoction 7.2, 3.6, and 1.8 g · kg-1 g once a day for 15 days. The blank group and the placebo group were given physiological Saline 15 d, after administration, the pressure sensor records left ventricular hemodynamic changes, determination of cardiac factors. Results: Different dosage forms of XFX can improve various indexes of hemodynamics in chronic heart failure rats. Improve left ventricular pressure (LVSP), decrease left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP), and improve rate of left ventricular pressure ± dp / dtmax in chronic heart failure rats, significantly reduce the cardiac coefficient; The most obvious dose group. Conclusion: Both XINHONGNING granule and decoction can improve the hemodynamics in chronic heart failure rats. The mechanism may be related to anti-fibrosis and reversing cardiac hypertrophy.
