从新鲜的罗汉果嫩果实中分离出一个苦味成分,经化学和光谱测定其结构为罗汉果甙元一3,24一二一氧一β一葡萄糖甙。此成分首次从天然产物中得到。
A bitter component was isolated from the fresh fruits of Mangosteen, and its structure was determined by chemical and spectroscopic analysis to be a 3,24-dioxy-β-glucoside. This ingredient was first obtained from natural products.
