在社会转型过程中,农村基础教育出现了“升学主义”盛行、课程结构失衡、辍学问题严重、“留守孩”教育缺失、素质教育和育人价值受到冷落等问题。本文认为只有通过转变基础教育观念、发挥基础教育的文化功能、消除城乡歧视、加强对“留守孩”的教育管理、改善教育队伍结构、完善课程体系等,才能确保我国农村基础教育的改革与发展的顺利进行。
In the process of social transformation, the basic education in rural areas appeared such problems as the prevalence of “further studies”, the imbalance of curriculum structure, the serious dropout from school, the lack of education of “left behind children”, the quality education and the neglect of educating people. This paper argues that we can ensure the reform and development of rural basic education in our country only by changing the concept of basic education, giving full play to the cultural function of basic education, eliminating the discrimination between urban and rural areas, strengthening the education and management of “left-behind children”, improving the structure of educational teams and improving the curriculum system.
