目的了解福建省不同来源副溶血性弧菌携带毒力因子情况,为副溶血性弧菌食物中毒的检测和研究提供参考依据。方法用PCR方法检测从食品及食物中毒病人分离菌株的毒力因子。结果食品和临床病人分离菌株均含tlh基因,不含trh基因;临床分离菌株均含tdh基因,而食品分离菌株均不含tdh基因或含量少。结论福建省副溶血性弧菌食物中毒与副溶血性弧菌的tdh基因有关,tdh基因可作为副溶血性弧菌致病性的特异性检测项目。
Objective To understand the virulence factors of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from different sources in Fujian Province and to provide a reference for the detection and study of Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning. Methods The virulence factors of strains isolated from food and food poisoning patients were detected by PCR method. Results The tlh gene and the trh gene were not found in the isolates of foodstuffs and clinical patients. The tdh gene was found in the isolates of clinical isolates, while the tdh gene was not found in any of the isolates of foodstuffs. Conclusion The food poisoning of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Fujian Province is related to the tdh gene of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, and the tdh gene can be used as a specific test for pathogenicity of Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
