介绍了风云二号(FY-2)C气象卫星地面应用系统应用服务中心(ASC)的功能。分析了ASC利用C星监测资料生成如热带气旋监测、雾监测、土壤湿度、火情监测、水情监测、积雪监测和海冰监测等部分人机交互产品的原理和处理方法。实际应用结果表明,C星资料在环境与灾害性天气的监测分析、预报和预警等方面发挥了重要作用。
