2020年引汉济渭调水工程即将引水进西安,西安市将形成多水源联合供水的局面,为此,提出了多水源联合调度的供水问题.通过对西安市区用水户和供水系统的分析,在确定了调度原则的基础上,构建了多水源联合调度仿真模型.根据西安市现有水源的供水规模,以及引汉济渭调水工程各受水区实际情况和调水量规划,为西安市假定了7种多水源联合调度方案,得出不同方案下多水源联合调度结果,水平年2020年,调水量为4×10~8 m~3时,比不调水新增供水量3.1×10~8 m~3,占总需水量的20.3%;调水量为4×10~8 m~3时,比调水量为2×108 m3时新增工业供水量1.77×10~8 m~3.结果表明,工程通水后可有效缓解西安市水资源短缺状况,同时在改善河道生态环境和保证水库灌区灌溉需水方面发挥重要作用.

Through the analysis of water user and water supply system in Xi’an , And based on the principle of scheduling, a multi-source joint dispatch simulation model was constructed.According to the water supply scale of existing water sources in Xi’an and the actual situation and water diversion planning of Hanji Weir water diversion project, The city assumed seven kinds of multi-source joint scheduling program, draw the multi-source joint scheduling results under different programs, the horizontal year 2020, when the water transfer is 4 × 10 ~ 8 m ~ 3, the new water supply than the non-transferred water 3.1 × 10 ~ 8 m ~ 3, accounting for 20.3% of the total water demand; when the water diversion is 4 × 10 ~ 8 m ~ 3, the new industrial water supply is 1.77 × 10 ~ 8 m ~ 3 when the water diversion is 2 × 108 m3 The result shows that the project can effectively relieve the shortage of water resources in Xi’an after passing through the water, meanwhile it plays an important role in improving the ecological environment of the river and ensuring the irrigation water demand in the reservoir irrigation area.
