1998年4月18日中餐,我市郊区某酒家承办孙某婚宴酒席14桌,赴宴140人。傍晚,就餐人员陆续发病,症状为上腹部阵发性绞痛、腹胀、腹泻、畏寒、乏力、恶心、呕吐。潜伏期最短3h,最长44h,发病高峰在12~24h,发病共27人。接到报告后,防疫站立即赶赴现场,对剩余可疑食物及患者排泄物进行采样化验,现报告如下。样品采集与检验1.样品来源:现场采取剩余可疑食物(全鸭,汤鸭、牛肉、清蒸鳊鱼)及菜刀、莱板表面各数份,患者粪便4份。
