本文运用问卷法研究了封闭式中学与非封闭式中学学生社会生活的满意度情况。调查发现两种类型学校学生的社会生活满意度整体差异不显著,但封闭式中学学生尽管在获取社会信息的途径方面受到了较多限制,却对自由度的主观感受优于非封闭式中学学生,并且对在校的自我展示机会及途径的满意度更高。整体来看,管理模式在男女生人际交往方面的影响较大,男生对封闭式管理满意度高,女生则更喜欢非封闭式管理;封闭式管理对初中良好班级氛围的形成有更显著的积极作用。通过对调查结果的分析,本研究对不同类型学校的管理提出了改进建议。
This paper uses the questionnaire method to study the satisfaction of the social life of closed-end schools and non-closed-end secondary schools. The survey found no significant difference in overall social life satisfaction between the two types of school students, but the closed middle school students have more subjective feelings of freedom than the non-closed middle school students although they have more restrictions on the ways of obtaining social information , And is more satisfied with the opportunities and ways to self-demonstrate at school. Overall, the management model has a greater impact on interpersonal communication between boys and girls, boys are more satisfied with closed management and girls prefer non-closed management; closed management is more significantly positive for the formation of a good class atmosphere in junior high school effect. Through the analysis of the survey results, this study put forward suggestions for improving the management of different types of schools.
