在车床上车削内外圆锥体时,一般是采用回转小拖板的方法来车削的。回转的角度α可用公式计算,即:α≈28.7°×大头直径-小头直径/长度…………………………………………(1)或tgα=大头直径-小头直径/2×长度……………………………………………(2)公式(1)中的常数28.7°是弧度(径)的一半。1弧度=57.3°。但是由于小拖板回转的角度是圆锥体锥角的一半,所以57.3°÷2=28.65°≈28.7°。由上面可知这个公式是近似的,它只适用于锥主不大的圆锥体,锥度曾大它的
