两性离子聚合物FZ—367和XY—27是钻井液强抑制性处理剂。经在河南油田和塔里木油田的推广应用表明,FA—367、XY—27复配体系抑制性强,能有效地抑制泥页岩水化膨胀和水化分散,且FA—367包被絮凝能力较强,降滤失效果显著;XY—27剪切稀释性好。该钻井液体系具有用药量少,维护处理简单,润滑性好,无毒无污染等优点。能够提高机械钻速,降低井径扩大率,减少井下复杂情况的发生,且施工中泥浆排放量减少,有利于环境保护。
