目前,我国防治松材线虫病Bursaphelenchus xylophilus(steiner and Bu-brer 1934)Nickle 1970.的主要方法是清理病死树,然后采用溴甲烷或硫酰氟等薰蒸剂薰杀媒介昆虫—松褐天牛Monochamus alternatus Hope。最近,有关生产单位提出:薰蒸处理对松材线虫的致死效果如何?如果薰蒸木中仍有松材线虫存活,则存在着松褐天牛再度侵染传播的可能性,尽管这种可能性很小,但从检疫的角度考虑,依然不能忽略。本次试验结果表明:溴甲烷的用量为46.5克/米~3,薰蒸时间为90小时,日平均气温在11.8~13.7℃之间,松材线虫与松褐天牛一样死亡率均达100%。因此,可以排除薰蒸木为松褐天牛再侵染传播的可能性。
