微乳液 微孔滤膜提取最显著的优点是传质速率快、体系稳定不易发生相分离、工艺简单即萃取和反萃同时进行 ,萃取后的微乳液经加热即可破乳并得到富集内相。本文采用二 ( 2 乙基己基 )磷酸为提取剂 ,OP 10 ,OP 4为表面活性剂 ,煤油为稀释剂 ,以一定浓度的HCl为水相形成的W O型非离子型微乳液 ,研究了微乳液 -微孔滤膜提取铟的性能 ,讨论了不同酸度和不同浓度的载体对萃取铟的影响 ,在酸度为 5mol·dm- 3,萃取剂浓度为 8%时 ,内相富集倍数可高达 16倍。动力学研究表明提取过程的速控步骤为微乳液膜界面扩散过程。

Kinetic studies show that the speed control step of the extraction process is the microemulsion membrane interface diffusion process.
