本文以高师视唱练耳课程的教学为例，强调教师的科研必须以教学研究为中心，教学研究要围绕课堂教学及培养目标来进行，要围绕音乐教学的特殊性来进行；教师要通过教学研究不断提高自身的教学艺术水平，以达到既教书又育人的根本目的。
