随着我国集约化禽畜养殖场规模和数量逐渐增加,“养-沼-灌”的禽畜生态模式导致集约化养殖场已成为仅次于城市污水处理厂的第二大类固醇雌激素(steroid estrogens,SE)污染源,其产生的SE对水生动、植物及周边环境造成了严重的影响.综述了SE近年来的研究进展,主要包括SE在土壤中的环境行为(吸附、降解和迁移行为),以及禽畜养殖场中SE处理方法.分析表明:随着对SE研究的不断深入,集约化养殖场沼液灌溉方式产生的SE环境行为得到越来越多的关注.集约化养殖场土壤中SE的归趋变化、硝化菌与SE降解偶联机制,以及溶解性有机物对SE吸附的影响机制是今后需要重点关注的研究方向.“,”With the increase of intensive livestock farms in China,it has become the second large pollution source of SE (steroid estrogens)pollution source due to the traditional treatment method.Public studies have demonstrated that steroid estrogen has significant effects on many aspects such as aquatic environment and so forth.The work presented in this paper summarized researches about the performance of steroid estrogen in soil during recent years,and relative treatment methods.Analysis showed that with the in-depth research gradually on SE,the steroid estrogen pollution source due to the traditional biogas slurry irrigation methods would get more and more attention.The fate of SE in soil arround the farms,coupling mechanism between nitrification bacteria and SE degradation and the effect of dissolved organic matter in SE adsorption mechanism is the key research direction in the future.
