美术记录和再现了人类文化和思想的发生、发展的过程,它是人类文化最早和最重要的载体之一。新课程背景下,开发并充分利用小学美术课程资源也成了是一个老师们关注的热点话题。美术课程资源的有效开发与合理利用能让学生在积极参与社会实践、体验生活、感悟历史和传承文明中共享人类文化的光辉。笔者也相信,美术教育必然会成为“新课程”改革的先行者。一、开发潜在资源美术课程资源开发的潜在资源是校园特有的文化。
