目的为加强江西省病案科室的建设,提高病案管理人员的专业水平提供科学依据,抽查分析全省二级及以上医院病案科室的设置及人员配置现状。方法采用随机抽样的方法,在江西省抽取65家二级及以上医院于2015年1月-3月开展问卷调查,运用描述性统计指标计算方法分析资料。结果 16.92%的医院设有独立的病案科。平均编制床位与病案管理人员的配备比例为101.60:1。病案科室承担的主要工作包括病案借阅、病案整理、疾病和手术与操作编目、病案复印,占比分别为100%、100%、93.85%和93.85%。病案管理人员的男女构成比是1:7.43;38.34%的病案管理人员处在40岁~49岁年龄段;三级医院49.66%的病案管理人员是本科及以上学历,二级医院则以大专学历为主;三级医院、二级医院病案管理人员中级职称所占构成比分别为52.35%、63.46%,护理学专业所占构成比分别为56.38%、67.31%。结论江西省病案科室的发展相对滞后,领导重视程度有待提高,工作职能不够全面,人员紧缺且配比不合理,需提高各级领导对病案管理的认识,加强对病案管理人员的教育培训,提高病案管理人员的数量和质量。
Objective To provide a scientific basis for strengthening the construction of medical records department in Jiangxi Province and improving the professional level of medical record administrators. The current situation of the setting and staffing of medical records department in Grade II and above hospitals in Jiangsu Province were analyzed by random sampling. Methods A random sampling method was used to survey 65 hospitals of secondary level and above in the province from January to March in 2015. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Results 16.92% of the hospitals had independent cases. The average preparation of beds and medical records management staffing ratio of 101.60: 1. The major tasks borne by the case department include case borrowing, medical record collection, disease and operation and operation cataloging, and record copy, accounting for 100%, 100%, 93.85% and 93.85% respectively. The male-female ratio of medical record administrators is 1: 7.43; 38.34% of medical record managers are in the age group of 40 to 49; 49.66% of medical record administrators in tertiary hospitals are undergraduate degree or above, while secondary hospitals are college degree holders The proportions of intermediate professional titles of medical record administrators in tertiary hospitals and secondary hospitals were 52.35% and 63.46% respectively, and the proportions of nursing major were 56.38% and 67.31% respectively. Conclusion The development of medical records department in Jiangxi Province lags behind. The importance attached by the leaders needs to be improved. The job functions are not comprehensive enough, the staffs are scarce and the ratio is unreasonable. It is necessary to raise the awareness of the leaders at all levels on the medical record management and to strengthen the education and training of medical record administrators The number and quality of medical record managers.
