型(鉑—鉑铑)热电偶的焊接焊接型热电偶所用的装置如图1,它的供电线路如图2。焊接时,先接通电源,相接触的两个碳精电极就有电流通过。电流的大小約为12安培左右,轉动手柄使两碳精电极离开,这时两电极之間就产生了电弧,电流也随着降低到8安培左右。将要焊接的热电偶的热端鉸合后,垂直插入电弧的中心部分加热,等到焊接点被熔成圆形小球时,立刻抽出,并随手把电流切断,这时热电偶就焊好了。
