从103年前的泰勒科学管理开始,管理学以分工和明确职责拉开了提高效率的序幕,几乎所有企业都在发展过程中致力于管理的规范化和精细化,他们追求严密明确的分工和细化到位的流程来固化工作,追求完美管理来提高组织效率。但是到了今天,这些反而成为制约创新和发展的力量,组织的活力在规范化背后荡然无存,那些按部就班的职责和流程几乎几十年无人质疑和优化过,死亡就这样开始了。
Starting from Taylor’s scientific management 103 years ago, management started the prelude to improving efficiency by dividing and clarifying responsibilities. Almost all enterprises are committed to the standardization and refinement of management in the development process. They are pursuing strict and clear division of labor and fineness In place of the process to solidify the work, the pursuit of perfect management to improve organizational efficiency. But today, however, these have instead become the forces that constrain innovation and development. The vitality of the organization has vanished behind the standardization. That is where the step-by-step duties and processes have become unquestioned and optimized for decades.
