我国社会经济的不断发展也相应地促进了城市化进程的加快,很多的城乡结合部也在不断发展,但是由于城乡结合部地区还处于发展中,面临着许多现实问题,例如,人员复杂,环境比较脏乱等等,这也给学校的班级管理工作带来了很大的困难,不利于学生的良好发展。因此,本文主要针对于城乡结合部初中班级自治管理进行了具体的分析和研究,希望通过本文的探讨,能够进一步促进城乡结合部初中班级管理水平的提高。
The continuous development of China’s social economy has correspondingly accelerated the process of urbanization. Many urban-rural areas are also developing continuously. However, as urban-rural areas are still under development, they face many practical problems. For example, More dirty and so on, which also brought great difficulties to the class management of the school, which is not conducive to the good development of students. Therefore, this paper mainly focuses on the analysis and research of the junior middle school class self-government in the urban-rural integration part. It is hoped that through the discussion of this article, we can further promote the improvement of junior middle school class management in the urban-rural combination part.
