目的:了解我院消毒供应室医疗器械清洗与质量检测相关的数据资料。方法:根据“医院消毒标准”的有关规定,利用目测、化学检测和细胞培养计数3种质量检测方式,对消毒供应室医疗器械的清洗消毒质量进行检测,观察2012年1月-2014年12月广东省第二人民医院消毒供应室当前的医疗器械清洗消毒现状、医疗器械清洗合格率和医院感染考评中存在的主要问题。结果:我院消毒供应室的医疗器械清洗管理中,遵循了科学的处理原则,医疗器械清洗合格率总体呈上升趋势,而医院感染的问题主要包括3个方面,即无菌物品过期、器械消毒不到位、未按要求制作消毒包。结论:消毒供应室的医疗器械清洗是医院保障公共卫生环境的重要环节,其清洗质量的好坏将直接影响医院感染的发生几率。 OBJECTIVE: To understand the data of medical device cleaning and quality testing in our hospital disinfection supply room. Methods: According to the relevant regulations of “Hospital Disinfection Standard”, the quality of cleaning and disinfection of medical equipment in disinfection supply room was detected by visual inspection, chemical detection and counting of cell culture count. The observation was made between January 2012 and 2014 December the current Second People’s Hospital of Guangdong Province disinfection supply room current status of medical device cleaning and disinfection, medical device cleaning pass rate and evaluation of hospital infection in the main problems. Results: In our hospital disinfection supply room, the medical device cleaning management followed the principle of scientific treatment, and the passing rate of medical device cleaning showed an overall upward trend. The problems of nosocomial infection mainly included three aspects: the expiration of aseptic items and the disinfection of instruments Not in place, did not require the production of disinfection package. Conclusion: The cleaning of medical equipment in disinfection supply room is an important part of the hospital to protect the public health environment. The quality of its cleaning will directly affect the incidence of nosocomial infections.
