铜包铝线腐蚀过程与机理初探采用扫描电镜、金相显微镜和电化学工作站等对铜包铝线小孔腐蚀和电偶腐蚀后的表面形貌、腐蚀速度和特点展开系统研究。分析了镀层保护期、局部脱层期和腐蚀破坏期的不同阶段特点。揭示了腐蚀机理,探讨了腐蚀和镀层结合力的关系。对电镀工艺和镀后处理方法提出了改进意见和措施。
Study on Corrosion Process and Mechanism of Copper Clad Aluminum Wire The surface morphology, corrosion speed and characteristics of copper clad aluminum wire after corroding and galvanic corrosion were systematically studied by using scanning electron microscope, metallographic microscope and electrochemical workstation. The characteristics of different stages of coating protection period, partial delamination period and corrosion damage period were analyzed. The corrosion mechanism was revealed, and the relationship between corrosion and coating cohesion was discussed. The electroplating process and post-plating treatment proposed improvements and measures.
