将在线恒电流电解产生锰(Ⅲ)与流动注射化学发光法结合,基于电解产生的高活性锰(Ⅲ)直接氧化肾上腺色腙产生强化学发光,建立了测定肾上腺色腙流动注射化学发光新方法。该法测定肾上腺色腙的线性范围为 1×10-8~ 1×10-5 g/mL,检出限为 5 ×10-9 g/mL,相对标准偏差为2.0%。该法具有简单、快速、重现性好等优点,应用于针剂和片剂中肾上腺色腙的测定,结果满意。
The combination of flow-injection chemiluminescence (ICP) with manganese (Ⅲ) generated by galvanostatic galvanostatic electrolysis and the strong chemiluminescence (PL) chemiluminescence based on the direct oxidation of the adrenal hydrazone by high activity manganese (Ⅲ) . The linear range of this method was 1 × 10-8 ~ 1 × 10-5 g / mL, the detection limit was 5 × 10-9 g / mL and the relative standard deviation was 2.0%. The method has the advantages of simple, rapid, good reproducibility and is suitable for the determination of the adrenal hydrazone in injection and tablets with satisfactory results.
