本文主要论述少齿差减速装置的两个问题:(一)通过对W机构销轴应力的测定与分析,提出W机构构造型式的改进方案,采用简支销轴式W机构较好,当速比大于100时,可采用双内啮合的构造型式;(二)根据大量的电算数据所作成的图表,以及通过分析,提出了少齿差内啮合齿轮副的啮合角α,变位系数x,以及重合系数ε的合理选择的原则:在稍大的等啮合角线与齿廓重迭干涉线交点附近区域选取要比在最小啮合角区域选取优越,主要可使变位系数减小,重合系数增大,即防止齿顶变尖,提高传动的平稳性。同时阐明了啮合角增加几度对转臂轴承载荷变化与滑动系数的影响甚微。
