采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和ρ-t特性测试仪,研究了不同Co2O3/Co3O4掺杂量对BaCoxⅢBi1-xO3(x=0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08)和BaCox/3ⅡCo2x/3ⅢBi1-xO3(x=0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08)热敏陶瓷的物相、显微结构及电性能的影响。结果表明:BaCoxⅢBi1-xO3和BaCox/3ⅡCo2x/3ⅢBi1-xO3的基本相均为钙钛矿结构的连续固溶体;Co2O3/Co3O4的含量能直接影响电学性能。试样的室温电阻率ρ(25)和B25~85值均随着C
