目的：探讨整体护理配合在胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的作用。方法：112例腰椎间盘突出患者进行胶原酶溶解术1次，观察疗效并加强围手术期各项护理措施。结果：所有112例患者接受胶原酶溶解术后依据疗效评定有效率达97．3％，未出现不良并发症。结论：胶原酶溶解术对治疗腰椎间盘突出症有确切的疗效，整体护理配合在治疗中作用起着重要的作用。“,”Objective:To explore the efects of monolithic nursing in herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc with col agen enzyme chemical dissolving skil .Methods :112 patients who were suf ered from herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc accepted col agen enzyme chemical dissolving skil and monolithic nursing.Result:Al patients recovered very wel and its ef ective rate was 97.3%.Conclusion:Col agen enzyme chemical dissolving skil was remarkable healing ef ect in herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc and monolithic nursing can prevent complication ef-fectively.
