目前多井集气站普遍通过撬装自动排液装置排放生产污水,污水计量采用金属管浮子流量计,在近几年的运行过程中,发现存在以下问题:一是金属浮子流量计不适应污水的大流量排放,污水携天然气冲击导致流量计损坏。二是撬装自动排液装置设备费偏高。本文针对上述问题,分析分离器排液系统优化设计思路,通过完善自动排液系统设计,达到降低建设投资的目的。
