脉络宁注射液是由中药玄参、牛膝等制成的复方制剂。具有扩张血管、改善微循环、增加血流量、抗凝血和溶血栓等作用。脉络宁注射液在大剂量时可能有钙通道阻滞作用,且可能是其扩张血管作用的机制之一。临床上常用20～30ml脉络宁注射液加入250～500ml葡萄糖注射液中静脉点滴治疗脑血管疾病。我院1997年6～11月应用脉络宁注射液治疗脑血管疾病76例,现将临床观察总结如下。
Mailuoning injection is a traditional Chinese medicine Scrophulariaceae, Achyranthes and other compounds made. With the expansion of blood vessels, improve microcirculation, increase blood flow, anticoagulant and thrombolytic effect. Mailuoning injection may have calcium channel blockade at high dose, and may be one of the mechanisms of its dilation of blood vessels. Clinically used 20 ~ 30ml Mailuoning injection 250 ~ 500ml glucose injection intravenous drip treatment of cerebrovascular disease. Our hospital from June to November 1997 Mailuoning injection for the treatment of cerebrovascular disease in 76 cases, the clinical observation is summarized as follows.
