美国著名课程专家施瓦布提出了实践性课程开发理论,指出教师和学生是实践性课程开发的主体,集体审议是实践性课程开发的基本方法。本文以施瓦布实践性课程开发理论为指导,就确定法律方法课程的教学目标,梳理法律方法课程的知识体系,编制法律方法课程的教学大纲,编写法律方法课程的教材、教参和法律方法课程的组织实施及教育评价等问题进行了探讨。
Schwab, a famous American course specialist, put forward the theory of practical curriculum development, pointing out that teachers and students are the main body of practical curriculum development, and collective deliberation is the basic method of practical curriculum development. In this paper, Schwab’s practical curriculum development theory as a guide, to determine the legal method of teaching objectives, combing the legal system of knowledge of the curriculum, preparation of legal methods of curriculum syllabus, preparation of legal methods of curriculum teaching materials, teaching reference and legal methods The organization and implementation of courses and education evaluation and other issues were discussed.
