目的:探讨DTT(Discrete Trial Teaching分解式操作教学)联合感觉统合训练治疗儿童孤独症的疗效及影响因素。方法:根据每名孤独症患儿的智力水平、语言、认知、行为等能力制订训练计划后对患儿进行一对一治疗即DTT训练,训练2次/天(上下午各1次),30 min/次,持续6个月。并对患儿进行刺激前庭、本体感和触觉的训练项目,训练1次/天,90 min/次,持续6个月。同时对家长进行培训及咨询。结果:实验组患儿在接受DTT联合感觉统合训练3个月、6个月时前庭平衡、触觉防御、本体感、社会行为、语言、生活自理、认知及运动功能均明显改善,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:DTT联合感觉统合治疗可使孤独症患儿感觉统合能力及社会行为、语言、生活自理、认知及运动能力改善更明显,尤其是语言、生活自理和认知。
Objective: To explore the efficacy and influencing factors of DTT (Discrete Trial Teaching) combined with sensory integration training in children with autism. Methods: One to one treatment of children with DTT training, training 2 times / day (1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon) was made according to the mental capacity, language, cognition and behavior of each autistic children. 30 min / time for 6 months. And training children with vestibular stimulation, proprioception and touch training, training 1 time / day, 90 min / time for 6 months. At the same time, parents are trained and consulted. Results: The experimental group received DTT combined with sensory integration training for 3 months. At 6 months, the vestibular balance, tactile defense, sense of nosality, social behavior, language, self-care, cognitive and motor function were significantly improved, with statistically significant difference Significance (P <0.01). Conclusion: DTT combined with sensory integration therapy can make children with autism more sensory integration and social behavior, language, self-care, cognitive and motor ability improvement more obvious, especially language, self-care and cognition.
