苯萤光酮作为Ge、Mo(Ⅳ)、Sn(Ⅵ)、Ti(Ⅵ)、Zr、Nb和Ta等离子的显色反应早已有报导。但苯萤光酮的衍生物—硝基苯酮报导的很少,这可能因硝基苯萤光酮灵敏度与选择性并不比苯萤光酮优越多少,且试剂的合成却麻烦的多。本文参考苯萤光酮的反应研究了合成的硝基苯萤光酮与Co(Ⅱ)的显色条件,试剂的离解常数与络合平衡。实验指出:在亚硝酸钠与Zephiramine存在下,控制pH为4.6~5.2时形成水溶性的绿色络合物,最大吸收波长为635nm,络合物组成为1∶2,摩尔吸光系数(ε)为5.88×10~4lM~(-1)cm~(-1)。
Benzoylfluorone has been reported as a chromogenic reaction of Ge, Mo (IV), Sn (VI), Ti (VI), Zr, Nb and Ta ions. But phenylfluorone derivatives - nitrobenzene reported very little, this may be due to nitrobenzene fluorone sensitivity and selectivity no better than phenyl fluorenone, and the synthesis of the reagent is much more troublesome. In this paper, the reaction conditions of phenylfluorone were studied. The conditions for the color development, the dissociation constant of the reagent and the complexation equilibrium were studied. Experiments show that: in the presence of sodium nitrite and Zephiramine, the formation of water-soluble green complex pH 4.6 to 5.2, the maximum absorption wavelength of 635nm, the complex composition of 1: 2, the molar extinction coefficient (ε) of 5.88 × 10 ~ 4lM ~ (-1) cm ~ (-1).
