目的了解石家庄铁路地区食品生产经营管理人员对食品安全基本知识及相关法律法规知晓情况以及培训效果,为开展相关培训提供参考。方法采用多媒体面授培训和现场示范观摩、经验交流、每周发放自编内容涉及食品安全内容的报纸图册等多种方法相结合的形式,培训前后分别进行问卷调查并评价培训效果。结果石家庄铁路地区食品生产经营管理人员获取食品安全基本知识及相关法律法规的途径主要是互联网、会议、电视报纸等,培训排在末位。16个食品安全知识问题的知晓率有13个问题在培训前后有统计学意义。结论石家庄铁路地区食品生产经营管理人员食品安全相关知识培训取得较好效果,应针对不同食品生产经营单位存在的不同问题开展相应形式的食品安全知识培训。
Objective To understand the basic knowledge of food safety and related laws and regulations of Shijiazhuang Railway area food production and management personnel as well as the effect of training and provide reference for carrying out relevant training. Methods The methods of multi-media face-to-face training and on-the-spot demonstrations, exchanging experiences, and issuing weekly newspapers atlases with contents of food safety were combined to form a questionnaire. The questionnaires were conducted before and after the training and the training effects were evaluated. Results The main ways for food production and management personnel in Shijiazhuang Railway to obtain the basic knowledge of food safety and related laws and regulations are the Internet, conferences, TV newspapers and so on, with training at the bottom. Thirteen questions on the awareness rate of 16 food safety knowledge problems were statistically significant before and after training. Conclusion The training of food safety related personnel in food production and management of Shijiazhuang Railway has achieved good results. Corresponding forms of food safety knowledge training should be carried out according to different problems existing in different food production and operation units.
