随着社会经济进入新常态,国有企业管理与转型发展迫切需要对企业现行的福利状况进行规范,打造适应企业发展的新型福利体系。本文从国有企业福利的现状出发,因势利导,对新形式下的国有企业福利体系建设提出了新的思路。
With the social economy entering a new normal, the management and transformation of state-owned enterprises urgently need to regulate the existing welfare conditions of enterprises and create a new type of welfare system that is suitable for the development of enterprises. Based on the current situation of welfare of state-owned enterprises, this paper puts forward some new ideas for the welfare system construction of state-owned enterprises under the new situation.
