教育是知识创新和创新人才的摇篮。针对当今教学中仍然存在的“应试教育”弊端,在实践中我们逐渐意识到,今天的教学改革也要与时俱进,在整体上应处理好四个关系:一是教师今天的教学与孩子明天需要的关系;二是少数尖子生与全体学生的关系;三是教知识与育人的关系;四是打好基础与培养创新能力的关系。因此,通过各学科的教学让每个孩子都得到全面和谐的发展就成为我们教学的出发点与落脚点。一、对每一个孩子负责,让他们都能积极主动地学习,并得到 Education is the cradle of knowledge innovation and innovation talents.
