目的:研究膜分离技术对昆明山海棠根提取液中总生物碱成分的分离效果。方法:首次采用膜分离技术(超滤)对昆明山海棠根提取液中总生物碱进行分离提纯,比较6种不同型号规格的膜对昆明山海棠根提取液除杂效果及对总生物碱截留情况;考察超滤跨膜压力、膜截留分子量及加水倍数等因素对超滤效果的影响。结论:该实验结果表明,跨膜压力0.36 MPa、膜截留分子量80 K、加2倍水时,总生物碱的分离效果最佳。
Objective: To study the separation effect of total alkaloids in the extract from Begonia tuberosus of Kunming Mountain by membrane separation technology. Methods: The total alkaloids in the extract of M. officinale from Kunming Begonia were isolated and purified by membrane separation (UF) for the first time. The effects of six different types of membrane on the impurity removal of the root extract of begonia kaniensis and the total alkaloid retention The effects of factors such as ultrafiltration transmembrane pressure, membrane cutoff molecular weight and water addition on the ultrafiltration were investigated. Conclusion: The experimental results show that the trans-membrane pressure of 0.36 MPa, membrane molecular weight cutoff 80 K, plus 2 times the water, the best separation of alkaloids.
