新课程试学项目是北京开放大学借鉴美国凤凰城大学的办学理念,结合自身多年办学经验,以探索开放大学全新人才培养模式为目标而开展的大规模试学行为。对其全过程、全方位跟踪观察显示,北京开放大学初步明确了专业能力发展导向的人才培养目标,梳理出八个维度的业务运行流程,尝试以课程为中心、单科独进的小班化教学模式,充分发挥行业辅导教师的优势及作用,取得较好的试学效果。观察研究在对新课程试学项目的价值进行提炼和总结的基础上,重点对试学中显现出来的困难和问题进行分析讨论,并对未来的教学模式创新进行探索。提出按照学生学习生命周期规律安排教学和学习支持服务,打造角色和职责互补的三支教师队伍,勾勒能力导向的教学运行模式及实施要素,为开放大学的建设与发展提供借鉴。
The new curriculum pilot project is a large-scale experiment conducted by Beijing University of Open Learning based on the concept of running a school sponsored by the University of Phoenix and based on its years of experience in running a school, with a view to exploring a new training model for open universities. Throughout the whole process, the omni-directional follow-up observation shows that Beijing Open University has tentatively defined the goal of personnel training aimed at professional ability development and sorted out business operation flow in eight dimensions. At the same time, Model, give full play to the advantages and role of industry counseling teachers to achieve better teaching effectiveness. On the basis of refining and summarizing the value of the new curriculum pilot project, the observational research focuses on the analysis of the difficulties and problems that have emerged from the pilot study, as well as the exploration of future innovations in teaching mode. It puts forward that teaching and learning support services should be arranged in accordance with the law of life cycle of students to build three teacher teams with complementary roles and responsibilities and to outline competency-based teaching and operation modes and implementation elements so as to provide reference for the construction and development of open universities.
