产单核细胞李斯特菌(简称李氏菌)可引起新生儿、老人和免疫损害个体的严重感染。感染李氏菌的鼠模型是研究李氏菌很好的工具。只有活的有毒李氏菌方可诱导出特异保护性免疫,产生多种细胞因子(IFN-γ、IL-12、TNF-α、IL-1α和IL-6),其中IFN-γ和IL-12在产生保护性免疫中起重要作用。活的有毒李氏菌产生的李氏菌溶解素O(Listeriolysin O,LLO),也可诱导产生保护性免疫。本文以死李氏菌和LLO加不完全佐剂免疫小鼠,研究LLO在诱导针对李氏菌的保护性免疫中的作用。
Listeria monocytogenes (referred to as Listeria monocytogenes) can cause neonatal, elderly and immunocompromised individuals severely infected. The mouse model of infection with Listeria is a good tool for studying Listeria. Only live toxic Listeria monocytogenes can induce specific protective immunity and produce a variety of cytokines (IFN-γ, IL-12, TNF-α, IL-1α and IL-6) 12 plays an important role in producing protective immunity. Listeriolysin O (LLO), produced by live virulent Listeria monocytogenes, can also induce protective immunity. In this paper, mice were immunized with Mortierella and LLO with incomplete adjuvant to study the role of LLO in inducing protective immunity against Listeria.
