目的:采用锥形束CT(CBCT)探讨下颌第二磨牙C形根管的解剖学形态结构,为临床根管治疗提供更清晰和直观的影像学依据。方法:对下颌第二磨牙根管治疗120例使用CBCT进行扫描,然后在矢状面、冠状面、横断面等多层面重建三维数据图像,针对其中下颌第二磨牙C形根管的形态、根管口数目及牙根形态进行分析。结果:C形根管发生率为38.6%,CBCT在三维多层面提供了C形根管的形态、根管口数目及牙根形态,为疑难根管治疗提供了更直观、更准确的信息。结论:CBCT在下颌第二磨牙C形根管治疗过程中,能为临床医师提供可靠的影像学依据。
Objective: To investigate the anatomical structure of C-shaped root canal of mandibular second molars by cone beam computed tomography (CBCT), to provide a more clear and intuitive imaging basis for clinical root canal therapy. Methods: CBCT was performed in 120 cases of mandibular second molar root canal therapy. Then the three-dimensional data were reconstructed in sagittal plane, coronal plane and transverse plane. According to the shape and root of C-shaped root canal of the second molars, Pipe number and root morphology analysis. Results: The incidence of C-shaped root canal was 38.6%. CBCT provided the shape of C-shaped root canal, the number of root canal and root morphology in three-dimensional multi-layer, which provided more intuitive and accurate information for difficult root canal treatment. Conclusion: CBCT can provide clinicians with reliable imaging evidence in the treatment of C-shaped root canal of the second molars.
