探讨桂西地区壮族鼻咽癌患者和健康人EB病毒EBNA1/IgA、EA/IgG及EA/IgA抗体在不同性别中的水平。收集140例未经治疗的壮族鼻咽癌患者和280例健康人的血清,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测EBNA1/IgA、EA/IgG及EA/IgA抗体,分别计算各性别的抗体水平并进行统计学分析。健康人中男女EA/IgG、EA/IgA、EBNA1/IgA抗体rA值比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。鼻咽癌患者中,男性EA/IgG、EA/IgA抗体rA值大于女性,女性EBNA1/IgA抗体rA值大于男性(P<0.05)。男性和女性鼻咽癌患者3种抗体水平均高于相应健康人(P均小于0.05)。桂西地区壮族鼻咽癌患者EB病毒EBNA1/IgA、EA/IgA及EA/IgG抗体水平存在性别上的差异。在鼻咽癌的临床诊断和高危人群筛查中可能有必要根据不同性别的人群界定不同的阳性临界值。

There are gender differences in EBNA1 / IgA, EA / IgA and EA / IgG antibody levels of EB virus among Zhuang and Zhuang nationalities in western Guangxi. In the clinical diagnosis of nasopharyngeal cancer and screening of high-risk populations may be necessary according to different gender groups define different positive cut-off value.
