目的:针对脑出血患者,利用磁共振成像(MRI)及CT技术诊断,观察不同诊断方式的临床应用效果差异.方法:观察对象:脑出血患者,2019年1月至2021年1月展开研究,纳入100例患者,依次对患者进行磁共振成像诊断与CT诊断,比较不同诊断方式的应用效果.结果:在脑出血丘脑出血、脑叶出血、壳核出血、基底节出血不同病灶形态的准确率与检出率比较中,观察组患者均高于对照组患者,(p<0.05).结论:在脑出血患者的临床诊断中,磁共振成像技术对于病灶的检出率与准确率均较为显著,值得优先采用.“,”Objective: To observe the difference of clinical application effect of different diagnosis methods in patients with cerebral hemorrhage by using magnetic resonance imaging and CT technology.Methods: observation objects: Patients with cerebral hemorrhage, from January 2019 to January 2021, 100 patients were included in the study.The patients were diagnosed by MRI and CT in turn, and the application effects of different diagnosis methods were compared.Results: the accuracy and detection rate of thalamic hemorrhage, lobar hemorrhage, putamen hemorrhage and basal ganglia hemorrhage in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: in the clinical diagnosis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, the detection rate and accuracy of MRI for lesions are significant, which is worthy of priority,
