利用简单易操作的水热法成功制备了MoS_2/Graphene(G)复合材料,并将其用于玻碳电极的修饰,进行芦丁的灵敏检测。通过循环伏安法(CV)研究了芦丁在MoS_2/G修饰电极上的电化学行为,复合材料的高导电性及大比表面积,提高了对芦丁的检测能力。在浓度1.0×10~(-9)~1.0×10~(-3)mol/L范围内,芦丁的氧化峰电流与浓度二者的常用对数值呈现良好线性关系,检出限为2.0×10~(-9)mol/L。
The MoS_2 / Graphene (G) composite was successfully prepared by a simple and easy-to-use hydrothermal method. The MoS_2 / Graphene (G) composite was used to modify the glassy carbon electrode for the sensitive detection of rutin. The cyclic voltammetry (CV) was used to study the electrochemical behavior of rutin at the MoS_2 / G modified electrode. The high electrical conductivity and large specific surface area of the composites improved the detection of rutin. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the oxidation peak current of rutin and the common logarithm of concentration in the range of 1.0 × 10 -9 -9.0 × 10 -3 mol / L with the detection limit of 2.0 × 10 ~ (-9) mol / L.
