将抗虫PI基因构建到pIG121Hm质粒的T-DNA上,利用农杆菌LBA4404介导转化烟草,获再生植株.经GUS检测和Dotblot分析,证实外源基因已插入植物细胞基因组中,再生植株的转化率为64.3%.
The insect-resistant PI gene was constructed on the T-DNA of pIG121Hm plasmid, Agrobacterium tumefaciens LBA4404 was used to transform tobacco and the plants were regenerated. After GUS detection and Dotblot analysis, it was confirmed that the foreign gene was inserted into the plant cell genome, and the conversion rate of the regenerated plant was 64.3%.
