参与式教学相比传统讲授式教学在能力培训上具有很大优势,已经在党校系统广泛采用。参与式教学以学生为主体,注重课堂互动,师生民主及学习的合作性。党校培训具有培训安排的强制性,学员知识背景复杂,年龄层次分散,人员身份性质相对统一,培训学习的政治性,参与式教学课程时间有限等特点,这构成党校参与式教学的外部条件。参与式教学在党校取得成功一般具有三个共同特点:课程设计始终注重调动学员积极性,选取合适题目,合理设计程序。现有参与式教学要进一步提升需从以下三个方面完善:课程内容的理论基础需进一步积累,需更加贴合现代培训理念,完善教学效果评估并适时修正培训项目。
Compared with traditional teaching, participatory teaching has great advantages in ability training and has been widely adopted in the party school system. Participatory teaching regards student as the main body, pays attention to classroom interaction, teacher-student democracy and learning cooperation. The training of party schools has the characteristics of mandatory training arrangements, complex knowledge background of students, scattered age groups, relatively uniform nature of personnel identity, political training and learning, and limited time for participatory teaching. This constitutes the external conditions for participatory teaching in party schools. Participatory teaching generally has three common characteristics in the success of party schools: the curriculum design always pays attention to mobilizing the enthusiasm of students, selecting appropriate topics and designing programs rationally. The existing participatory teaching should be further improved from the following three aspects: the theoretical basis of the course content needs to be further accumulated, the need to better fit the concept of modern training, improve teaching effectiveness assessment and timely correction of training programs.
