介绍了一种采用高频焊接、焊后720℃回火热处理工艺生产13ХФА钢石油管道的方法。研究结果表明,焊接接头具有铁素体-珠光体组织,其金相组织、力学性能与母材接近,并具有较高的耐蚀稳定性。在大量试验研究的基础上,综合最高耐蚀性能和力学性能试样的金相组织,研制出能迅速评估焊接接头耐蚀性是否可靠的13ХФА钢管道焊接接头组织标样,为石油管道的安全使用提供了一种快速简便的对照评估方法。
A method of producing 13 ХФА steel oil pipe by high frequency welding and tempering heat treatment after welding at 720 ℃ is introduced. The results show that the welded joint has a ferrite - pearlite structure, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint are close to that of the base metal, and have high corrosion stability. On the basis of a large number of experimental studies, the microstructure of the 13ХФА steel pipe welded joint which can quickly evaluate the corrosion resistance of the welded joint can be developed based on the metallographic structure of the sample with the highest corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Use provides a quick and easy method of control evaluation.
