研究了4种不同黏度的纤维素醚对水泥砂浆压折比及黏结强度的影响。结果表明:不同黏度的纤维素醚均使水泥砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度及压折比大幅降低;但当纤维素醚掺量大于0.2%时,随着其掺量增加,水泥砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度及压折比降幅较小。纤维素醚黏度越大,水泥砂浆与混凝土板的拉伸黏结强度越高,且掺加纤维素醚后,水泥砂浆的拉伸黏结破坏形式均为水泥砂浆内部破坏;黏度小于20 000mPa.s的纤维素醚,即便其掺量较大时也不一定能提高水泥砂浆的拉伸黏结强度。
The effects of four kinds of cellulose ethers with different viscosities on the compression ratio and bond strength of cement mortar were studied. The results show that the compressive strength, flexural strength and crimp ratio of cement mortar are greatly reduced by cellulose ethers with different viscosities. However, when the content of cellulose ethers is more than 0.2%, the content of cement mortar Compressive strength, flexural strength and compression ratio decreased slightly. The higher the viscosity of cellulose ether, the higher the tensile bond strength between cement mortar and concrete slab. When the cellulose ether is added, the tensile bond failure mode of cement mortar is the internal damage of cement mortar. The viscosity less than 20 000 mPa.s Cellulose ether, even if its content is large, does not necessarily improve the tensile bond strength of cement mortar.
