采用k-ε紊流模型对90°有压圆形弯管过流的水力特性进行数值模拟计算,得到了管道内压力、速度以及流线分布等值线图,根据能量方程对模拟计算结果进行验证显示二者吻合良好。研究表明,本模拟计算方法对有压管道的计算有较高的精度,可以成为有压管道水力特性研究的重要手段。
The k-ε turbulence model was used to simulate the hydraulic characteristics of overcurrent in a 90 ° -circular curved elbow pipe. The pressure, velocity and contour map of the flow line in the pipe were obtained. The simulation results were calculated according to the energy equation Verification shows that the two agree well. The results show that the proposed method has high accuracy for the calculation of pressurized pipelines and can be an important method for studying the hydraulic characteristics of pressurized pipelines.
